Service Fee Schedule

Clinical Computer Services endeavours to keep pricing at reasonable and realistic rates.

The following table provides an overview of the rates for each type of service.

Service Provided	Rate
Phone Support	$30 per call up to 15 minutes
On-Site Hardware and Software Support	$80 per hour or part thereof including travel time
Off-Site Hardware and Software Support	$60 per hour or part thereof
Systems/Network Consultancy and Design	$80 per hour or part thereof including travel time (on-site) $60 per hour or part thereof (off-site)
IT Audit	$80 per hour or part thereof including travel time
On-Site Training	$60 per hour or part thereof including travel time
Web Site Design	$60 per hour or part thereof

Notes:

Rates for all services are for normal business hours (8am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Services provided outside these hours will attract a surcharge of an additional 25% of the base hourly rate for the required service.

Clinical Computer Services is currently not registered for GST. GST will not be added to the rate charged.

On-Site Training schedule is for one-on-one training at the client’s premises during normal business hours (see above). For training services for multiple people, or where other facilities are required, an agreed fee can be negotiated.
