Clinical Computer Services offers a number of services to get your computer hardware back up and running, and to keep running:

• Phone support for diagnosis of hardware technical problems such as non-starting computers, malfunctioning hardware, misbehaving printers etc.
• On-site support for further diagnosis, rectifying problems and the setup and installation of new hardware
• Off-site workshop service for major problems that cannot be rectified on-site
• Liaison with hardware suppliers and service agents for repair of hardware where the fault is non-repairable or repair may void warranties by not using the service agent
• Consultation services to help you choose and purchase equipment best suited to the tasks you need to perform

In addition to these services we specialise in setting up and supporting local networks, including secure wireless networks. We can advise on the best network model to suit your business.

Clinical Computer Services has extensive experience in the provision of hardware support services to all types of computer hardware and equipment. We do not sell hardware equipment and have no agreements with hardware vendors. We provide independent advice on what computer equipment suits your needs, not what brings the biggest commission. We liaise with hardware vendors and providers on your behalf to get you the best equipment at the best price.

An IT Audit will analyse your current IT systems and provide you with advice in planning developments to your systems before problems start.

Clinical Computer Services also has extensive experience with supporting Apple computers and the Mac OS X operating system.
